All vehicle pricing, monthly payments, and terms displayed on our website are estimates and are subject to change based on credit approval, vehicle availability, and applicable fees. Final lease terms will be set forth in your individual Lease Agreement.

Leasing Agreements

These Terms govern your use of our website and online Services only. The leasing of any vehicle from RH Leasing is governed by a separate, legally binding Lease Agreement that will be executed between you and RH Leasing (or its financing partner) at the time of vehicle delivery. The Lease Agreement will contain the complete terms and conditions of your vehicle lease, including:

• Monthly payment amount, due dates, and payment methods
• Lease term duration and annual mileage allowance
• Security deposit and upfront payment requirements
• Excess wear and tear policies and charges
• Early termination conditions and associated fees
• End-of-lease options including purchase, return, or renewal
• Insurance requirements and gap coverage details

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your Lease Agreement, the Lease Agreement shall govern with respect to the vehicle lease transaction.

Account Registration

Certain features of our Services require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. RH Leasing reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised or that you have violated these Terms.

User Responsibilities

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RH LEASING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, RH Leasing does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; that any information or content on the website is accurate, reliable, or current; or that the results obtained from the use of the Services, including lease calculators and payment estimates, will be accurate or reliable. Vehicle images displayed on the website may not reflect the exact specifications, color, or features of available inventory.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RH LEASING, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO RH LEASING, IF ANY, DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at legal@rhleasing.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Changes to Terms

RH Leasing reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through our website or via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
